How we work with clients
1. You tell us about the job. Call or send the details through our contact form: who owes you, how much, the job address and your last day of work.
2. We review it. We look at your contract, invoices and dates against your state's rules, and tell you whether a lien, collections, or both makes sense, and whether there's a deadline coming up.
3. We prepare and file. For liens, we confirm the property owner from county records, prepare the document, notarize it, record it with the county and serve the required parties. Recording fees, notary and service are included in the price.
4. We follow up. For collections, we work the account directly with the debtor until it's paid or we've done what can be done.
5. We close it out. When you get paid, we file the lien release so the job is closed cleanly.
