Effective date: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LevelSet Collections LLC ("LevelSet," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit levelsetcollections.com, call us, or use our lien filing and construction collections services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or lien inquiry form, call us, or send us documents, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, and details about the job: the property address, the owner and contractors involved, contract and invoice amounts, dates of work, and supporting documents.
Information about other people. To file a lien or collect a debt, our clients give us information about property owners, general contractors, debtors and other parties to a job. We use it only to provide the service our client requested.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and server record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We use the Google Ads tag to measure which ads lead to calls and form submissions, and Google reCAPTCHA to block spam on our forms. These Google services may set cookies or collect device information under Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To answer your inquiry and quote your job.
- To prepare, sign, notarize, record, serve and follow up on liens, notices, bond claims and releases you ask us to handle.
- To pursue collections you place with us.
- To send invoices and service updates.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to keep our forms free of spam and abuse.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to do the work:
- Public records. A recorded lien, notice or release becomes a public record at the county or parish where it is filed. Recording offices and electronic recording services receive the document and the information in it.
- Parties to the job. Notices and liens must be served on the property owner, contractors and other parties the law requires.
- Service providers. Notaries, delivery and process-serving companies, e-recording services, payment processors, email and hosting providers that help us run the business.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit personalized Google ads at Google Ad Settings. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us by phone or through our contact page.
How long we keep information
We keep client and job records for as long as needed to complete the work, follow up on liens and payment, and meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. We keep inquiry information that does not become a job for a reasonable time and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send more sensitive information than your job requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
